Hey Guys,

We've got another spring American Muscle Drag Day!!!

Event date: Friday, April 29th, 2005

Event time: Gates open at 8:00am. Registration begins at 9:00 am.

Event location: Lebanon Valley Dragway, Lebanon Valley, NY (http://www.dragway.com/)

Summary: Cool temps, a sticky track, and as many runs as you (or your car) can handle!

How much: Just racing $73 ($33 deposit via PayPal, the rest at the track). Entry in the heads-up Open Comp style racing - $5 extra - payable at the track. ***** You MUST Pre-Register!! *****

This is side by side racing from 10am until 3:30pm. Let me know if you have any questions.

And just a reminder - This is American Muscle only!!!!! Leave your Civic at home.

Weather was okay.

60's peak temps. started out nice and cool in the low 50's, unfortunately also with a 20 mph headwind.

Track prep. kinda sucked for 60fts.

Broke another brake line at 113.5 mph.

I had a new best at Leb Valley (12.1) but salvage is right, the headwind sucked. Temps were nice compared to the past (80s). Right lane was shut down after about an hour due to water seeping up from below. I didn't see it but I guess a couple of the cars got loose on the top end.
