Scan tool reading and fuel pressure?

ok guys i want ot get some opionions on this subject. i have been having a fuel probelm where the pressure will not go all the way up with hte boost on my guage. i hvae been getting knock as well. ok so here are some scan tool readings. the bl readings at WOT was 106 max. the o2 volts on the one run was 707 and like 3 degrees of knock. next run o2 was like 445 and alot of knock. sometimes i get 11degrees on runs sometimes i dont. my 02's when cruising and getting on it a litle are in the 800's. im running 15psi of boost on these runs with 94 octane too. anyo hter question just ask i may have left out osme information.

What did you do to convert the '85 fuel lines over to the '86-'87 style setup?

Have you tried swapping in a set of clean injectors?

yeah everything was changed over on the car when i bought it. a couple of months ago i checked the fule pressure and it was rising with the boost hte way it was supposed to its just revently i noticed it doesnt. as for the injectors i have 3 week old brand new 009's in there.
