How do I remove the lower A-arm bushings? I am going to install the Del-Alum Bushings, but I can't figure out how to remove them here @ home.

I have alot of tools, can I just cut the rubber with a hole saw? And cut the rest out? Or is there more to it than that?

The easiest way I have found is to chew out the rubber and then cut the shell with a sawz-all or dremel, be carefull and dont cut into the a-arm. The best way to install the bushings is with an arbor press and some home made spacers. The last set I did took me about one hour for each arm and that includes pressing in a ball joint and blasting the rust off so I could coat them with epoxy. The more you do it the faster(and better) you get. What makes these bushings hard to get out is the ends are curled over sometimes and you cant get any of your spacers to grab the ends so they can be pressed out.
