Nice!!we have a polisher and a coating guy here close. If you want to send it we can get it done.
just to throw it out there i only ceramic coated the outside of the ex housing on mine, didnt want any issues with the turbo and i haven't had any.maybe others have experience with internal coating. Also, the exhaust housing ceramic coated. Any suggestions?

spool time with that kind of backpressure and e50 fuel?655hp 19.3psi boost 39psi backpressure
Which ptc converter if you don't mind divulging ?Here's some early boost/back data for the 6870 turbo in the pics. 3 bolt .85 turbine housing.
270 cu in stage II motor, GN1R heads, 224/224 hydraulic roller, ATR headers, 3.5" DP. 2ooR4 trans with PTC converter. E50 fuel (E85 with some pump gas mixed in)
386hp 8psi boost 17psi backpressure
444hp 11psi boost 23psi backpressure
465hp 12psi boost 26psi backpressure
525hp 15.5psi boost 31psi backpressure
577hp 16.5psi boost 33psi backpressure
613hp 18.3psi boost 38.5psi backpressure
655hp 19.3psi boost 39psi backpressure
9.5" I'm sureWhich ptc converter if you don't mind divulging ?
not yet known.spool time with that kind of backpressure and e50 fuel?
oknot yet known.

I figured, I was thinking more of 17,18,19 blade?9.5" I'm sure
rpm is also a major factorI found it very interesting that the back:boost ratio is 2:1 even at low boost pressures and low power levels. I am wondering if that is caused primarily by the turbine housing, or if it is caused by the large compressor wheel loading the turbine, or just both together.
