o ringed heads with composite gaskets?

I bought some ported heads a few weeks bak for a stock block 4.1 I am putting in mt turbo T.

They have o rings installed and I need to know if I can use them with composite gaskets without having coolant leaks. Has anyone here done this?

Would it hurt anything if I removed them and used the heads without them?

If I do have to remove them,how do I go about doing that?

Use stock type graphite gaskets and youll be fine.No coolant leaks.My 85 has this same setup....

If you removed them from the heads,youd want to have them decked to remove the hole.Theyre not that deep but itd still raise the compression a good bit id think.....
