non-adjustable: Garrett part # 430819-29
adjustable: Garrett part # 430819-39 or the later 1011-673
I missed out on the one @BRAD_PADGETT was selling here:

must be in similar like new physical condition with a good diaphragm. I have a perfect-looking non-adjustable actuator that the diaphragm leaks down when pressure tested with a squeeze bulb. I have other non-adjustable actuators with good diaphragms but need the cad-yellow plating restored. I could use Eastwood's kit but the time and material may not be worth it if I can find other actuators in similar condition and pricing to what Brad sold.
