Need links to Chevy 4.3 turbo build up ideas?

I have a customer that has a 87 T with 25,000 miles. He has purchased a 66 Chevy II and wants me to build him a healthy 4.3 twin turbo motor. I have a good idea of what he wants but I need some good web links. This car will have a DFI!
