LT1 Mass Air Flow Problem Reading low

I just installed my extender chip yesterday and I started it up it idle great. I check my scan master and the AF was 2 ( I have the translater also).I did some searching on this board and found out, my mass air flow senser is a 3.5 LT1 and not a LS1. I adjusted the knobs on the translator from 0-3 and reset the computer, to see if there was any change ,the AF was still at 2. The car drives great and really pulls hard. Do I need to buy an LS1 maf ?

You mean your mass air flow sensor is a 3" LT1 and not a 3.5 LS1

It came of a 93-97 firebird with LT1 ,but it 3.5. I dont remember exactly what year ,I had it for 4 year from a wrecked firebird and just waiting to put it in my GN. I seach this board and found that the impala SS had 3" and camaro and firebird had 3.5"

With the Extender chip, you need to double the airflow reading you see on your Scanmaster. So 2 is actually 4, 100 would be 200, etc.

Sounds like everything is fine!
