I have a standard bore 109 turbo block that is in good shape ( no damage or ridge). I got the block in trade. I have mains studs and 2 billet caps to install (but no machine work has been done yet). I can clean and magnaflux the block to be 100% sure it is sound and crack free.
I have another complete stock engine in process that will be available in a month or so. This engine will be basically a stock engine with +.020 JE pistons Total Seal rings and an upgraded 208/208 flat tappet cam. All new or rebuilt/reconditioned in a "State of the Art" machine shop. I personally performed all the machine work on the block and heads. I run test all my builds on my run stand.........no surprises when you go to install and start one of my engines!
