Knock when alky kicks in !!!

I'm getting audible knock when the alky kicks in "diy kit" non progressive 15psi turn on point. I can hear it, lights up 3 green lights on caspers knock gauge but does'nt show up on scan tool then gone no more knock up to 22psi. should I worry about this?

Any help would be appreciated.
