It was OK. Once again I'm not very impressed with the way they run the track though.
We had a small group of cars/trucks caravan down. We each made a pass and then fired up the grille for some eating. Then made some more passes.
It turned out to be around 85*F and sunny, which was a little on the hot side to me. When the track closed at 5pm it was more around 70*F, and by the time I got home around 8:30pm it was 60*F outside. Too bad it wasn't a night event!!
There was probably around 100+ cars there, with the majority being F-bodies. There was 5-6 GN/T's there running including myself, and maybe another 2-3 there in the show or spectating.
One thing that I can say for sure though is that I definitely like running the 1/4mi. tracks much better than the 1/8mi. tracks. It had been so long since making a 1320ft. pass that I had forgotten!!
