can someone tell me should i get a cottons heavy duty actuator or the super heavy duty one? im going to run 22-24 lbs of boost all the time with alcohol.

Why don't you call Jack and discuss your requirements? Seems like he would be the most logical one if you are going to paying him. For the cost of a phone call you are likely to save lots of grief, not to mention$$$.....
