brf valve body

I have a BRF transmission that blew up (I dont actually know what is wrong with it but it doesnt "go"). Is there any way to test the valve body to see if it is in working order? My goal is to put it in my (non-BRF) transmission. This leads me to my second question: Can a valve body be replaced without removing the transmission from the car?

You can do that in the car. Should not be to bad a job.

Send me the valvebody, I will clean it up and make sure it is OK to go on your trans.
It will need a tweak or two.:tongue:
