Bearing Wear

I wiped my cam and just pulled my oil pan and took a look at a main bearing and a rod bearing. Should I pull all of then for inspection? And what is the bearing supposed to look like? What is normal wear/bad wear? Any sites with pics out there?
If anyone is interested, I can take pics of the bearings so you can see for yourself.

Edit: The oil didn't seem to have debris in it. How do you cut the oil filter open to see whats in it? But the oil pump pick up screen has some debris on it, is that normal? I am thinking I should replace it...

Most parts house will have motor manuals in which most will have pics of different wear patterns of bearings. Probably can find the same info/pics on bearing manufacture websites.
