We are doomed. With technology growing, its becoming easier for these unstable 3rd world countries to produce these weapons. Its obvious the world does not want to come together to rid these type of unstable governments of these weapons, and that was our only chance. Everyone dropped the ball on India and Pakistan, and they came close to launching at each other already. Until the entire UN recognizes that these 3rd world unstable nations will soon have the power to destroy the planet, they will continue to produce more warheads, and knowing the UN, It will be to late.
