Please keep in mind that the times are subject to change and are all weather dependent. This Schedule is subject to change and is basically the "on track Schedule" other presentation and Show Car schedule will be posted at a later date.

Friday

8am - Gates open
9am - Tech opens
From start to finish, open test and tune in lane 6. Test and tune will be ran mostly in the morning and in between qualifying rounds throughout the day.
11am - 1st round qualifying for BCO. There will be 3 qualifying sessions, you MUST make at least 2 to compete.
1 pm - 2nd round qualifying for BCO.
1 pm - 1st round of eliminations for Gamblers race #1. $20 to enter, 100% payback! 1/2 hour cool down before next round
3 pm - 3rd and final qualifying for BCO
4 pm - Big Boat Challenge 1st round eliminations with 1/2 hour cool down before the next round and will continue this way until complete
6 pm - BCO first round of eliminations. Pairing up will behind the crosswalk 1/2 down the staging lanes. 45 minute cool down time before next round.
7 pm - Finishline Furious Four 1st round qualifying! 1 hour cool down before the last qualifying session.
7 pm - Second Gamblers race. Round 1 eliminations with 1/2 hour cool down time and 100% payback. Locals can participate in this race with their $20.
8 pm - TSO, THS, TSM first round qualifying
8 pm - Finishline Furious Four 2nd and final round qualifying
8:30 - First round Q16 qualifying
9:30 - First round Furious Four !
10:30 - Final Round of Furious Four and end of our Friday night program.

Saturday
8 am gates open
8-12 car show (all race and spectator tickets include car show entrance except for concours judging. Car Show Schedule to be added)
9-12 open test and tune

Noon: drivers meeting at base of tower

12:30 1st round qualifying for Quick 16
1pm 1st round qualifying for Turbo Heads Up Classes : TSO TSM THS
1:30 2nd round qualifying for Quick 16
2pm 2nd round qualifying for Turbo Heads Up Class

Open test and tune (directors choice race?)

there will be other activities during the day such as the GNX GN Class of 87 Buick presentations that will be posted at a later date as logistics and attendees are worked out.

Eliminations will begin at 6pm. This gives everyone a chance to run out for an early dinner/late lunch type thing

Eliminations will be run in the following order :

Q16, TSO, TSM, THS, Bracket 2, Bracket 1 until all are complete. 2nd round will begin 1 hour after Q16s first round.

After all eliminations are complete, I would like all the runner ups on standby and all the winners to report to the lanes for a "King of the Event" class. This will be the last pair of cars down the track before the close of the event.

Is there an update as to when the presentations will take place? Which day, and at approximately what time?

Do you still want me to do a presentation? If so what are the rules of engagement?
 
I thought he was talking to Tony Rose...you are more than welcome to do a presentation...in what way did you work with ASC or Buick...

I worked in the 3800/supercharger base engine group,worked under Ron Yuille for a while, supported the original turbo group (Jeff Lane,Ann Moss,Steve Ives,Jim Royer,Bill Blackman,and Harold Hadley,was one of seven powertrain folks on the turbo Trans am powertrain etc,etc. I'm not trying to butt in,I was just trying to get some info.I'll be at the event whether I present or not.Its really up to you regardless.

will spectators be able to come and go from the track at all during the day tomorrow?
