Up for sale is my 1972 Chevrolet Custom 10 C-10 short wide bed truck. Below is a detailed description of everything about it along with pictures.

Body:
Overall it is in good shape, it’s about a ten footer though, has a new freshly painted OER tailgate, has some fading on the top and the hood. Where the hood meets the cowl and front grill the paint has chipped off in a few places and has some scratches here and there. There is a dime sized rust spot on the passenger door, some rust in the bed floor, and some rust around the front of the rocker supports. New door window fuzzies and stainless tail light trim installed. It is a true original short bed AC truck.

Engine/drive-train:
The engine is a freshly rebuilt 327, Edelbrock intake, carb, cam(PO said it was a Crane performance cam) and also has an HEI distributor. It has headers with true duals, h-pipe, brand new Magnaflow mufflers, nice mellow tone. It also has a 700r4 that shifts great, and cruises beautifully down the highway.

Electrical:
New Painless Wiring Harness installed, including matching AC harness. All lights, gauges, and accessories work as they should.

Suspension:
Front 1” drop coils/2.5” drop spindles, Rear 5” drop coils/2”blocks, bolt/welded in c-notch. Has an adjustable pan-hard bar for the rear and KYB shocks up front. It was setup for air-bags but rides great just the way it is. New powder coated sway bar kit from ECE including poly bushings and lowering brackets.

The truck has P/S, PDB, A/C, needs a charge, compressor turns and system is complete and all there. The power brake booster is new along w/ the master cylinder, new front brake hoses and ceramic pads. It also has a Clarion CD player, and a kicker amp. It has a late model 94ish Chevy truck bench, steering wheel, new black carpet on the inside. Current tags and inspection.

Also included are the original 15X8 rally wheels, and extra gauge cluster, original springs and spindles, steering wheel, and several boxes of new assorted parts.

As you can see a lot of money and time has been spent on this truck. It would be a great daily driver or cruiser just the way it is. With a little more it could be a show truck. Asking $8,500 OBO. Have clear title in hand. Located near Austin TX. Contact Jeff at 512-297-8842 or camaroguy@hardwayracing.com. Please no tire kickers or low ball offers.
