102mm LS Throttle Body vacuum leak

I installed an aftermarket LS style 102mm throttle body and after the first test ride of only 16 psi of boost I heard a squeal and went back home to check it out. After only one low boost pull the throttle body is leaking around the throttle shaft. Has anyone else had this problem and/or how do you keep this from happening?

Probably needs some bushings to correct end play of throttle shaft. Yeah many LS guys have this issue as well. You can probably find a machinist to help u out there.

bad/no bushings, crooked blades, out of round, blades off location, blades bent with a backfire..
