washer pump

Hello, Can anyone tell me what these plugs connect to? One is a three pin and the other is a 4 pin. Side question: my wipers work fine but the washer fluid won't spray out, I hear the relay click though. No clogs in the lines. Could it be a bad pump? I feel no suction of the rubber line to the...
