Thank you for the information I figured it out.

This is driving me crazy. Do the two bolts that connect the turbo elbow to the down pipe go through the top of the turbo elbow or through the bottom. I got a new down pipe and cant get the sleeve connected to the turbo elbow that holds the wastegate swing arm in place to save my life.
