    Shifting too soon

    My 87 is shifting up thru the gears too soon when the temperature outside is on the colder side. The transmission otherwise works well, even under WOT....tight shifts and no slippage. Is this a problem with a modulator being faulty or more of a vacuum leak problem. The car does not do it...

    For my car, it dropped about and inch and a quarter. As far as comparison. all I can say is that the steering is still slow to react compared to an F-body, but I was always in the top three cars....and we even had a ZO6 as a regular competitor! :) For the money, you can't go wrong...

    I installed a set of 5662 on the GN two years ago and the front of the car actually came up! :D The old springs were so weak and sagged. I ended up cutting a half loop off the coil and it sits better now....but I think this summer I will cut another half. 140 lbs springs in the back work...
