Any issue with using alcohol with a top lube mixed in for my alky injection kit? or should I just order M1 methenol from VP

Hi, Trying to run down a hopefully small issue with the GN. I have a scanmaster with audible knock detector. Not always but sometimes when I start the car it will alarm (quickly) like a 1/2 sec. almost like the vibration of the motor starting made it to go off. No other audible knock while...
