Well, at work today (I work at an auto parts store), I found a vacuum reserve system made by Crane. They say it's for "big" cam cars that have problems running vacuum accessories (mainly brakes) with cams that don't produce much vacuum. I think it COULD work for the turbo Buick that I work...
