    We have a big fan blowing onto the nose of the car but that's it. My longblock is very conventional, my goal was to see how much power we could make with a stock style longblock. So I have a stock crank, but I have good rods and forged pistons. My 6.0 heads have very average flow numbers...

    I don't even know how to start off this thread, that's a first. Last night Intmd8 (Jim M.), who is the tuner at Speed Inc. (www.ls1speed.com) was able to dyno my car for the third time... and the results were awesome: 705rwhp! Let me do a quick recap of the car's setup and the results...

    Yeah Max the FAST and Dynoject w/bs only differ by about a point right now. I don't have a clean torque number yet, my T400 converter is HUGE, it's flashing to 7000 so we are putting a different one in on Monday.

    Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the folks at fast, my 98 Firebird Formula is working great on the dyno, we are at 560rwhp with 14 lbs so far and that's will too big of converter (7000 stall) throught a turbo 400 transmission. Craig Smith and the guys are really top notch!

    Thanks for the input... I have a LS6 9:1 motor with a Vortech YS Trim centrifrugal supercharger, so I am running LS1 headers. My FAST w/b is screwed into my passenger side 02 bung, where my stock o2's would have been. Here is a link to pictures of my setup...

    An aftermarket system addresses a few issues for my LS1 setup... -I can use low impedance Siemen's 83's -I can use a 3 bar map sensor -I don't have to tune with a MAF, and avoid needing to get a $600 custom MAF solution -Low impedance converter boxes are $300 and don't work well on cars...

    Had a very good dialogue with the FAST folks, I went the ECU and w/b sensor back and they did an extremely thorough job of checking everything. We're going to swap the jumper harness just to see what happens, and do some more testing. Could be reversion too. How much could reversion...

    Naw, I live heah now but I went to BC High and then came out here for college. Turns out Intmd8 put another FAST car on the dyno and the FAST and dyno were the same. So my FAST w/b is funky. ZBass28 pointed out, could it be a VEGOS issue?

    Woostah in the hizzouse... I am from Quincy MA. Umm, Intmd8 changed the filter and we all felt it worked fine. I can ask but the car ran rich when the dyno w/b said it was rich, the car responded better to the dyno's readings. Frankly the fast w/b was off on a linear basis about 2-3...
