Will a simple compression test verify if the rings sealed?

I tried a can Lucaus Octane Booster in fresh 93, engine loved the extra octane but I still had the same amount of knock at WOT. Plus it turned the spark plugs a red color and made them hard to read!

Springs and/or chip have been my uneducated guess for some time now after eliminating so many related vacuum possibilities. What spring would you recommend?

I check torgue and any wire interference.

The engine does not smoke, exhaust pipes are gray color inside. The spark plugs show no oil residue. I did add .5 qt after about 1k miles with several hard pulls, 8-10 PDS boost.

To the best of my memory with out checking my notes. The first time the engine was started after the rebuild, I ran it 2500 rpm +/- for 10 min. Changed the oil and restarted. The engine did not see any boost over 5 lbs till after 2000 miles.

That is correct, during the break in period (2500 miles) the engine ran great but I did not test it under boost. I wanted to be careful not to damage the engine.

The Translator for the 3" LT1 MAF has the Base setting at 3 and WOT setting at 0. Will adjusting the WOT to a richer setting help?

I attached the spec sheet that came with the iskey cam.

The fuel filter is new and the tank was super clean when I installed the hot wire kit.

3rd gear is when the knock usually starts and is the highest, I have never stay in the throttle to get to 4th gear after I see knock (limited funds)...

I do not have a PL. I never had a check egine light or SM code. The machinist used stock replacement pistons. I will try closing the spark plug gap. If it is a chance it could be a chip, that would be sweet, a lot simpler than all the other things I have tried.

Thanks, I may have to install a new throttle cable, I tried adding lock-washers at the throttle pedal to take up the slack in the cable and 4.28 was all I could get without effecting the TPS setting. Will less than 4.5 WOT cause knock?
