    Not fresh out we ran it for like 50 miles but something wasn't room so we pulled it nd all crank bearings wer scratched up and the cam bearings need replaced but yea you can say it's fresh and yes new Pistons nd rods and 2 sets of heads that need cleaning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
