its could possibly be something is off in the transmission, the speedo is way off even with the old gear on it

no its connected perfect hitting the plunger in the valve body

no the tv cable is connected to the transmission correctly

im babying it for now doesnt slip, but with in 20 feet its in 4th gear :frown:

it will run the same even if the tv cable is unhooked from the throttle body

the guy said its a grand national case but it was retrofited to a chevelle he doesnt remember the gear ratio its been awhile but even if you play with the tv cable it does nothing to the shift points

well i looked into what bfr is and if its the valve body, looking at the transmissions valve body the old valve body has 4 wires and the electric plug didn't fit so i switched the plug from my old transmission the new transmission has 2 wires going to that plug, could that be affecting...

i bought a 200 r4 off a friend its been sitting awhile since 2005 seen a little water from sitting outside, it shifts 1-2-3-4 but it shifts really early like its almost instantly into 4th gear around 30 mph its almost as the tv cable isnt doing its job, but its set and any setting isnt doing...

87 grand national just driving it normal one day ( not beating the balls off it) i lost 2nd gear in the 200r4 so it goes from 1-3-4 is this fixable or is a new transmission not far behind

stock turbo, it makes boost fine 16 pounds cant get boost off the line =(

when torque breaking off the line? also why cant you make boost in park

alright i cant seem to build boost off the line someone told me you should be able to build 5 pounds on the stock converter before the rear tire spins. so i put my foot to the floor set the e brake and mash try and build up boost. nothing tires dont spin just doesnt build anywhere near 2 pounds

they all do that when the chip is stock

my Gn does the same thing on the vac/boost gauge i have in the car on 0 vac 0 boost the exhaust whistles no big deal i like the sound of the turbo

well everything thinks if i got bigger injectors i would need to get mandatory things like, fuel pump ,hotwire kit for fuel pump, adjustable fuel regulator is it mandatory? can i get away with it?

i set the cam sensor by ear although i don't recommended anyone do that if they don't know what there doing by retarding it or advancing the cam sensor
