so when i traded for my 85 i got a spare block and a set of heads the block comes up as old NA 3.8. the only thing on the block is the brass fitting for the turbo feed and a set of main studs are these blocks worth building? fill me in on why this guy built this block

always replace fuel filter with pump. if the filter was plugged it would of damaged the pump. always replace with gm pump. the aftermarket pumps are junk. we install tons of gm pumps here. the aftermarket junk pumpa customers bring in time to time to save a buck always cost them more in the...

thats the funny thing, i have a gauge and it seems to work except it doesnt show knock when its knocking just when you hit the blinkers or shift on the shifter. it will also move other random times at idle. im going to look into that next

k, this connector is in line for the tach so being pinched and grounded is prob why the factory tach is not working. dont think has anything to do with the way the engine running. but hope this will get the tach working again
