RUQ, Well, the vacuum hoses were leaking, and bought new ones yesterday and installed them. But the turbo still won't go pass 4 PSI, so hopefully it'll only be the three hoses that are leaking. If so, I saw a set on some online stores that sell heavier duty ones. I'll check those hoses...
