if i key it up 3 times injectors will pluse once but no start

Have an 84t-type no spark no injector pulse after installing 87 wireing harness checked all fuses flowed no start tree said bad module or crank sensor tested modules tested good replaced crank sensor checked all grounds put stock computer in no diff car ran fine with 84 harness changed harness...
