    accumulator ball?

Most likely it is the accumulator. Hard to find part now. But rumor has it that a source has been found. I actually bought a used one this summer to replace my failing accumulator. Don't drive the car until you fix it. You may burn out the electric motor and/or loose your braking all together...

rear end shifts side to side ???

I had the same problem with my GN this summer. Felt like something was loose. Put the back of the car up in the air on jack stands using the frame for support. Slide a floor jack under the differential and raise/lower the rear end. Watch the motion. Mine went up on pretty good angle towards the...

car getting awful hot at idle

Ramchargers Dual Fan works incrediably well. Fairly cheap, too. Might want to clean out the radiator as well. Lot of guys have good luck with a product called RIM-25 (I think). Do a search on that.

Crank gear sits out too far; now pullies dont line up.

I installed a Rollmaster timing chain a few years ago and almost imediately started chewing up serpentine belts. Initially, I blamed the new timing chain. It appeared that the crank was not lining up with the water pump. I even shimmed the water pump pulley out more. Problem was still there. I...

    throwwing belts

Check the bolts on the bracket that mounts the air conditioning compressor to the block. They are known to back out and cause the bracket and pulleys to "swing" out. The belt then rides on the lip of the crankshaft pulley which will eat it. Been there... Good luck

    Tune;er Guyshelp!!

I assume you have you have tightened up the actuator arm ? This will overide the chips boost settings. I have had wastegate pucks hang up on my THDP which caused similiar issues you are seeing. Try disconnecting the actuator and swivel the puck armature on the pipe. You may have to remove it...

    Aftermarket oiled air filters bulletin

BINGO..Having had two different mechanics look at my Chevy S-10, neither one could resolve the No power after a hot re-start or the lack of RPM. They chalked it up to either Carbon build up or a bad cataylic convertor. I had put an old K&N filter from the GN on it a couple of years ago. The...

    RJC Hybrid Boost Controller

I have one on my PT-51 and it spools up faster than the stock set-up with out a doubt. But I have an Art Carr 9" anyway and spool up was never an issue. I actually went with it to stop my boost creep issues, which it did. With a 60 series turbo and stock convertor its probably kinda...

    Cam sensor failure code

Very strange indeed..it might be the electrical connector of the cap. Disconnect the connector and plug it together a few times. That will clean-up the contacts. Replacing the cap is pretty cheap compared to the mechanical unit $200 or so. If its original, not a bad idea to replace it anyway...
