    PT52 Turbo - low miles

If you already have a converter (esp 3000 stall) you can easily go with a 52. If you had a stock converter I'd recommend sticking with a 44, 49, or 51...since that's not the case you aren't as limited. The 42's are fine as long as you aren't running big boost. With your converter, a 52, and...

    PT52 Turbo - low miles

Thanks for the info... reinforces what I was thinking that if things were pushed hard you'd have to upgrade. Lizard was saying "street car"...assuming no alchy and street boost (16-18 psi) he should be fine. 24 psi I agree an injector upgrade is necessary.

    PT52 Turbo - low miles

This turbo will definitely work with 42 lb injectors... What do you have for a converter? If you are going to be strictly/mainly street I would run a little smaller turbo, just my opinion. Stock engine, correct? I would step up the 42's only if you were planning on racing and pushing things...

    Digital camera questions and opinions

Terry, Thanks for your insight. The Stylus 300 is a very nice camera...I also like it's compact size. I would rather have something I can fit in my pocket like that instead of lug around if I could... I totally agree with you as far as not buying useless features and instead dumping...

    Digital camera questions and opinions

Thanks for the replies guys. :) I thought about a camcorder, but movies are not really gonna be my main thing...I'll mostly be taking pictures of car stuff and doing some video at the track, but not a ton... I am also concerned about size...I don't like carrying around things that are...

More on the GS Nats, complaints??? The Buick "thing" in general

Amen Bill Although my first Nats was in 96, I would say I was just catching the tail end of what you are talking about. I recognize most of the names you metioned. My dad bought his new in 86, and I have followed the whole scene since then. It was definitely a different time and place...

    Digital camera questions and opinions

I'm trying to figure out which camera to get, but not sure how much zoom I'm gonna need to be able to see the clocks at the end of the track. I'd basically be even with the Tree in the stands... Also, any opinions in general on camera's would be helpful. Basically I want it to have some...

With that many miles on them I can assure you that they aren't what they were when they went on there. :) I would replace them. Timing chain is good insurance.

What do ya wanna do with the car? Drag race? Road race? Regular driving? --For starters...whatever you do..don't buy the Del-A-Lum kit unless you are AJ Foyt or something... You won't want that if you drive the car daily... --Also, you don't need to buy new sway bars unless maybe you...
