Putting my GN on the block! 87 GN hard top (VERY typical GM 80's paint, looks great from 10 feet). Interior aside from the sagging headliner is in very good condition(no rips tears in seats or dash area). Full compliment of Autometer gauges(Electric Fuel Pressure, Oil Pressure, 30/30...

Green one... you can also tap under the dash for the signal.. I took mine off the stock boost guage, since it was dead anyway

Yes, they did...I've been running Type II on mine for some time now.. No problems at all...And its the same DIS Coil that's used on over 1000 applications.. Check out AC Delco.com.. Their part # is D555... There is even an allegedly "hotter" Methanol coil available.. Part number escapes me at...

Beat me to it.. The folks at our MVC know what a GN/T is... He told me that the reason for the change was "everyone" trying to register any old car as a collector..ie: the 1984 Cavalier in the driveway, old Dodge Omni, etc etc....Sent mine off a while back no problems!

That's the way I found out on my car.. Pulled the switch off and pulled it away from the motor all together..started looking it over and found a couple spots where it was clearly shorting out on the block... Cut the plug off, taped it up and fine ever since

Great post! I've had this discussion with my wife many times, now she can see it in black and white.....I drive very little, so MPG means nothing to me, so to speak, but she and her gas guzzling Charger do... :biggrin:

Ford had a car a while back called the Crown Vic. Black Hawk they toyed with selling.. It was powered by a 5.4 SC engine too, from the Lightning, not the GT..Still was slower than my old 96 SS.. LOL

Going to Germany next week to see my daughter for her B-day... Just talked to her mother and.....ALMOST 8 dollars a gallon for gas! Had a nice E class Benz rented for the trip, just downgraded it to a little Opel...Diesel is still somewhat cheaper according to her, down around 7.50 a gallon

Agreed and probably very true...I know most of the guys I work with had no idea what GN was at first.. They all thought it was an MC or Cutlass and used to break my chops about it...Till a couple saw me running it and blast past a couple of fart can mobiles..

LOL.. Yep..pretty much it.. I'd leave them their cars if it were up to me..Just nail them in the wallet REAL hard like they do withy DWI's....Take their license for a few months, then they can have their badass rides, but not drive them.. :P

Pretty cut and dry in NC state law...like a previous poster said, dont like it, challenge it! Call your state legislators and try to rationalize not taking some serious and definitive action against illegal racing...If you read the whole post, these people CAN get their cars back, if conditions...

i'll echo everyone else! We had our Maine coon for almost 16 years, he was 26lbs right before he passed away.. The best cat we've ever had..Loved everyone, especially our youngest(called him "Big Bud")...Most pleasant animal I've ever seen...
