    Clicking noise ?

    Just replaced timing chain ,valve springs . Before i put my valve covers back on. I fillled it up with oil, and turned it over 15 to 20 seconds to check my work. Everything seems fine , but i get a tapping noise , drivers side valve train ,after i quit turning it over that last for 20 seconds ...

    Belt tensioner

    I replaced the bearing in belt tensioner pulley,and now it bolts up tight and does not turn. Is there a washer that goes behind the pulley on the tensioner ,that i missed ? The bearing is seated all the way down in the pulley, could i have put it in backwards? Thanks John

    water temp guage

    Removed dummy light sending unit ,the threads i belive are 1/2 npt ,my fitting that came with my guage is 3/4 npt ,with the bevel for the probe to rest in . Were can one fine a 1/2 fitting for the guage . Hope this makes sense. Thanks John
