recently wore the lobes down on flat tappet,so im deciding what companys to use for roller cam lifters.i found though the reason for all failures is inferior oil products with not enough zinc.also told not many oils worth using other than joe gibbs and bradpenn.anyone advice on the roller...

87 gn .i have a tapping noise under valve cover so i pulled apart and all lifters cannot be depressed except 1 drivers side front lifter.should they be hard to depress or mushy .the noise sounds similiar to loose rocker arm.any help

i developed i ticking that sounds like its in valve cover but i take it off and nothing says its bad but .the rocker shaft and arms have lots of play .the inserts still look good.looking for ideas as to go with new stock rocker shaft/arms or upgrade to ? any help?

i just put a 3" dnpipe on 87 t and now the firewall is getting to hot.i need to put a heat shield or maybe get the thdp ceramic coated.anyone had this problem?from the passenger side if you reach under the dash just above where the carpet stops is where i feel it.whats the remedy?

what kind of exhaust heat shields does everyone use when you install a 3"thdp?

do the inner bumper reinforcements from a 1978 turbo real fit 87 gn;they are aluminum!not the brackets to bolt the bumpers to car.

just put a 3" thdp on and noticed that if you feel the firewall down by the passengers side the metal is fairly warm. anyone done anything to help it?

i found a 78 turbo regal sport coupe in a south florida junk yard.its mostly there and id say its got lots of still good parts;body panels,interior pieces,motor,tranny,rear end. i ha ve 87 gn so it does me no good but i thought it might make somebody's day.if anyone wants i can give junkyard...
