My car is converted over to vacuum breaks. Sometime when I go WOT and I hit the breaks they are real stiff. Is this due to lack of vacuum? Also this happens when I first start up the car. Can any thing be done about this? thanks MIke

Right now my my exhaust is welded to my down pipe. I think I may need a cat to pass emmisons, but I want to put a test pipe on right after that. Im just woundering do I have to worry about what size cat the muffler shop puts on? Will the test pipe just fit where the cat was? thanks Mike
