It seams everyone sooner or later is having a problem with the powrmaster break system on these cars. I just developed a hard break peddle on my 87 T and I did the tests recommended. I get no light, the motor runs only for couple of seconds when turned on and using a meter I think the results...

It Wooooorks Thanks you for the help, you were right on the money. Why they would put two clips that plug into each other right next to each other i dont know. One less thing to fix.

Ops yes Tach I used a code scanning tool and it shows error with tachometer and that's it but I don't know where to go from there. I just want to get it working not that I use it for anything else.

Anyone have any sugestions what to look for? I have a 87 T and the Tech just stoped working it has one bar lit up but it dont work any ideas where to look to fix it

did that eliminate the hard pedal, by replacing the proportioning valve

can t be fixed Is there anything that can be done with out pulling out the whole Hydro Boost? I have the same problem a real hard pedel

Has anyone experienced or know what might be going on in a 87 T, when i use my breaks regularly the peddle goes down normally but if i need to press down the breaks real fast i get resistance and i have to break harder to get it past the resistance

87 T I have a 87 T for $10,500 but im in N Virginia, i have pictures if interasted

it stoped working after i washed the engin so i think i might have disconected it when using a hose on it

Does anyone know or can tell me where on a 87 t type turbo the tachometer is hooked up? Is it an electrical or vacuum My tech lite is on and shows one bar but that's all and i been looking all over under the hood and i cant track it down. Thanks for any help?
