    Assuming 20 bolt stock oil pan: Fel-Pro OS30521R (Rubber Pan Gasket) Fel-Pro BS40613 (Rear Main Seal) We don't like rubber pan gaskets and use cork or Cometic AF pan gaskets on our builds. No local auto parts stores I know of carry cork pan gaskets these days.

    Diamond Piston Questions on weight

    Our +.020 Diamond stroker pistons weigh 522G and use a .940D/.155W wrist pin that weighs 134G. We have +.030 and +.040 in stock as well, designed for use with Molnar 5.960 rods, if you need them. Keep in mind with a stroker crank you may need to clearance the block and your existing connecting rods.

    Agreed. Cast cranks are brittle and don't like to twist or bend - they often simply crack. If the detonation were to have continued, then a two piece crank or cracked block may have followed.

    Wide VS narrow rod bearings

    The rolled radius will vary from one journal to the next, but the bearing surface is approximately .675-.700 wide on the stock cranks I've looked at. A wide journal bearing comes in at .735 wide, leaving an overhang of .035 - .060. Hope that gives you some numbers to work with Mike.
