I hear ya :) The attorneys have proliferated the privately owned business and most will not legally permit any vehicles... even without gas tanks. I did find two RV garages but they are $360/month. They also close at 6:30 PM so it would be difficult to work on it there unless I get to work at...

There is No real estate here in So Cal. I'm in Orange County / Tustin Area and I'm looking for a place to store my car. That way I can do my mods without the parts laying in the street. Do any of you know where there is a Self-Storage that will permit cars?
