I find my problem with the blown fuse. I failed to secure the boost solenoid and it wound up on the exhaust. The wire insulation melted. Doh!

Fuse to ECM/IGN keeps blowing just turning key to run position. I have disconnected the ECM, unplugged the ignition module, and unplugged MAF - fuse still blows. I need help. 89 TTA that needs help.
