I have a turbo link but no laptop but can find one will that help me find out if it's a fuel problem?

I have an 1984 that is acting up bad. First the car act like it going to die when you goto take off. Second the car cut out when the turbo kicks in almost like a dull spot. The car is bone stock hope someone can help me. Thanks

No problem my car is stock set up I do have a fuel guage on the fuel rail it reads 30 psi of fuel. Haven't got around to doing any mods yet.

Well it probably has nothing to do with the turbo i'm just trying to narrow things down. My car when you get on it it acts like it's starving for gas. And sometime when it warms up it runs like crap. I looked at your car very nice

Just wondering if you could use a newer turbo on your hot air GN because when I bought my car the guy told me the turbo had a water cooled center so I assume it is a newer turbo, I was just wondering if that might be part of the problems im having with the car. Thanks in advance for the help...
