    radiator question?

If it makes you feel any better, I held off for years getting an aftermarket radiator. I finally got the Alradco a few months ago and wish I would have bought it from the get go. Excellent piece and no more issues with cooling.

2015 Texas Buick Nationals Discussion thread

Used to be Friday nights. TWS has since sold and most likely be taken out to put in a lovely sub-division/strip center. Anyhow, Little River sounds good to me. David, you have been a great supporter of TRs for years, once again thanks for putting this together.

2015 Texas Buick Nationals Discussion thread

I live next to TWS and have "street raced" there multiple times. As convenient as it would be for me to have the TXNATS there I would say no, not TWS. TWS is "street race" style racing, no prepped surface, no timing, no lights, ect. As fun as it is to play there on street nights it is not...

If you are in, I'm in. I've been out of the scene for a while and need to knock some dust off. Hopefully will be there.

    LS1/f-body rear brake swap

Should be very little or no change in offset going from drum to disc. The change will only be the thickness difference between the drum and rotor (where it sits against the hub). If I remember correctly its around 1/16" difference.

Anybody using an adjustable brake proportioning valve?

Are you putting in the p-valve for disc brake bias front/rear? If so, either valve will work.

Commitment List for Noble - October 16th 2010

Thanks Charlie, I'm still on the 200, Ive got a case located but trying to get it all done in a few days is a PITA. I'm up in the air on making it, I'm sure everybody knows the feeling. I'll see if my buddies still want to go, if they do we might still make a trip out of it.

Commitment List for Noble - October 16th 2010

Well, ended up cracking the tranny case, broke tranny mount, ds and yoke. Not sure if I'll go still or not. I'm not gonna try to get the car fixed in 4 days, its sucks more not being able to go to Noble than just having the car broke. By the way, a 21 lb launch will give a stock ds hell.

Commitment List for Noble - October 16th 2010

I'm probably out also, went to the track last night to check everything out (haven't raced since Noble last year) broke the drive shaft and front yoke, not sure of the tranny damage yet, it's leaking a little on the front end of the tranny. We'll see how it looks today and go from there. TK

    LS1 brake mod

I have not had any issues at high speed stopping with these brakes. I've got on them at speeds around 130mph and no vibration, shimmy, ect with good rotors/pads. Side note: I have EBC rotors and pads, they are not cross drilled, just slotted and dimpled. My buddy has the same on an '02 WS6...

    LS1/f-body rear brake swap

I don't believe they will, most 15 wheels will not fit. Maybe someone will chime in on that.

Oh no! My GN is down ...

The stock hubs will be used but the rotor section will need to be cut off. HTH

New stance, new shots. Ck it out.

Pics look great John. Cars looks fantastic in person as well, drives and handles perfect, and hauls balls. Your car should be the poster child for "how to build a bad ass Buick". Nice job on the car.
