    these are more good recommend problem solving solutions to oil leaking The OE PVC system has its problems too. Catch cans seem to be a common fix too and at lest 10 different was to plumb it. If you have the PCV valve, I would be installing a RJC valve

    pulling cap is ok. But If the bolt comes lose from the rod or you push in new bolts yes resizing is required.

    Looks like a old Comp Cam 260 H or 212/212 flat tapet can Set it in a set of Blocks and measure the lift. If it .293 that's it .but usually CC puts the lobe number on there're too that would have been 5211
