Sorry to ask this, but I know nothing. :tongue: I'm just looking through some extra parts we have in our storage shed, and have a box or Federal Mogul cam bearings. It looks like it is short a couple, so I was wondering how many there are supposed to be because I am a total newbie to engines.

Just wondering if the stock turbo heat sheild will fit over-top of a TE60. If not, where can I get one that will fit?

Okay. The guy who built our new engine has dealed with the Hotckis control arms before and said they were definately supposed to be tightened while the car was on the ground. He said they'll loosen them up, let the car drop down and sit properly and then torque everything back down. :)

Thanks, zam! I was thinking before and the washer nozzles were the only logical thing I could think of; but for some reason I couldn't find them. Just talked to my dad and it turns out he removed them so he could paint the piece that they bolt into. No wonder I couldn't find them or the hose. :o

Agreed. That could end up making or breaking you in the race. Take the time to practice your launch until your confortable doing it and start to show some consitancy in ripping it out of the hole. :cool:
