i'd say 97mph is cruisin pretty good for a 14.4 1/4 with only 10psi, so i assume your car runs pretty good. i'd say.. get some slicks, turn up the boost, and learn how to launch. easy low 13's. read up on these cars. once you understand the basic physics of how the car works, things will become...

do you run pump gas? if so, i'd say 17-18psi is pretty high without a scantool. i don't have a scantool and i'm scared of blowing head gaskets at 15psi. but i guess by the time you can set your TPS, you'll be able to monitor knock. i'm still saving for a scantool too. good luck -Eli

i raced a GTP on the toll road a while back. nice lookin cars i think. we punched it at about 75 and i let off about 110 with about 2 cars on him. i had 650 pounds worth of human weight in the car too:D

yeah, i know.. that was 3-7 degrees of KR all the way. bad gas... i am very confident that it'll run a half second faster in the 1/4 if i can drop my 60.

pats-gn i ran 8.70@80mph with a 2.08 60ft. that was with a zero boost launch. does your car have stock injectors? if so i'd say that's pretty decent e.t. with 15psi. considering the 60ft. that's prolly in the 13.6-7 1/4 range. not bad for a V6:D

its not that bad! anything over 120 feels fast. call me stupid but i hit 145 in mine on a long, smooth straightaway and it felt fairly steady up to about 135 ish. nothing like any f-body though:D my t/a revved out at around 125, but it stuck to the road like glue.
