I fixed a few of the problems, but my windows still do not roll down. I bought a new master window switch and it still buzzes. Tried a new front driver side regulator and motor and same buzzing. Could it be a ground issue?

I just picked up a 99 Regal GS and was looking for some help. Driver information/odometer does not light up on dash. Dash does not dim, but lights up if all interior lights on. (headlamp switch?) Driver side low beam does not work, brand new bulb. A/C display does not work. Widows do not...
