I just picked up a pair of 3.5 Pioneer TS-A878's to replace my busted dash stockers. What size bass blocker would be appropriate? I've seen blockers rated at 100Hz-800Hz??:confused:
-the new speakers are 3.5in 2-Way/60 Watt/4 ohm

i took the easy way out and just cleaned and sanded them down. then shot some high temp aluminum followed by a clear coat. it sure brightened those suckers up. now all i need to do is get the rest of the engine compartment as clean so they don't stick out like a sore...
i tried a search but didn't come up with anything specific. i got the valve covers off and cleaned them up, but they are still an uneven color. is it a good idea to paint them? and if so what type of paint would last and look similar to stock?

if you take off the drivers side door panel (lower portion) there is a build sheet inside. it contains similar information to the rpo sticker on the deck lid. hope that helps you out.

yeah i know it sounds crazy, but i got the plug in fine. the boot is crazy long and i can get it on the plug, it just wont f'n snap down like the rest.
i was thinkin of using some channel locks but i didnt want to screw up the new wires. who knows maybe when i go out there in the morning...
okay just changed the plugs and wires on the buick...but i can't get the #6 cylinder plug boot to snap on...my fat fingers are no help under there.
i know there has to be some trick that one of you guys have to get access to that bad boy. anyone??

the AF numbers do rise while accelerating just the engine usually stumbles before i can really get a chance to accelerate.
thanks for the advice on the ground i'll look at them in the morning. i have a strange feeling the code 34 might be from faulty wiring instead of the maf...
