    Stock heads and block, 210/210 cam, stock rocker arms and shaft. I have the RJC supports on the shaft. This is the 3rd time for this to happen. I took it out today and left it in drive from a dead start, didn't watch tach till it shifted into 3rd but in never went over 5100 rpm in 3rd. This was...
