    So as I see it the stroker w some compression is gonna torque up faster than the stock stroke meaning more fun on the street w sacraficeing a bit for max hp.     I broke a crank and snapped of the front of the balancer on a motor I was trying to go 9.90 w on stock crank and rods. I've been looking at the crank kits out there and think I go w a gn1 crank rotating assy. Should I go w a stroker and gain the cubes or is there a down side ?

    As far as doing a full blown , frame off and blast it is out of the question right now. Can a good job be done blasting frame on ? I would only do the bottom and whatever nessary as it did get a killer paint job back in 98.
