possible boost leak or guage bad. if you dont have a leak tester they are cheap to make, pressureize your system. that will allow you to check for leak and double check guage accuracy.

on the wiring harness, is that the whole cars, engine bay, or?

wheelies only slow down your forward momentum. instead of pushing the car forward, your pushing it up. properly dialed in suspension will not wheelstand near as high as slop suspension. What are you looking for? cool factor?
